Owner/manager. But I think she was the owner. I heard the staff call her Norma. She was uptight and micro managed. It is your place, you can do what you wish with it, but the people that go to your place. Can make you or break you. Your staff is your backbone. You get out what you put in. Your staff seemed to be very capable. If they are then it's because, you were too busy micromanaging and not training. Step back and let them roll. Sarcasm and complaining in...
Awesome bakery cafe! Food was delicious especially the tot-sticks which were addictive. All fresh baked breads and cookies plus yummy coffee. Great gem of a place to stop at. The service was great as well.
