Although I do love Bono’s as a bar. The pizza side is terrible. Food takes forever and the cook is the biggest tool. When ever we order it seems like we r being bothersome to the workers. Plattsburgh needs a new pizza place.

Came for the 'cold cheese pizza' and was not disappointed, it was delish and the pizza had great flavor. Tried a few other slices and all were yummy. Staff was friendly as well, would come back next time in town!

Delicious pizza and poutine ! We Stopped in during the Battle of Plattsburgh celebration and had great food as always. It was fresh and hot.
I have never been so unwelcome in a bar. No responsiveness when we arrived, even though there was only one other customer in the bar and he was already served. While ordering the boss? and the waitress were audious, they looked down on us, when the gentleman asked where we came from and we explained that we were French, he insisted on the fact that Italy won against France in 2006 in football?!?! Hm...ok. once served, we hope to finally have peace between us since the service was deplorable, but no, the whole time we were there, they were laughing at us together, without even hiding. If you're hoping for a nice break at a local bar, go ahead.

Unfortunately a very poor experience. I got the lobster ravioli which was undercooked and I couldn’t eat more than one bite of. One of the staff members was upset and openly swearing around the restaurant (where there were also kids present). Their AC unit was making a loud noise right above us that was also irritating. Server was okay but didn’t seem to know the menu at all, as she asked us about 5 follow up questions regarding our order. My family member got the chicken Alfredo which was good and well cooked. I won’t be dining here again.

Not one to ever leave a review but I’m honestly just really mad. I ordered from them at 2 in the morning, I know it’s gonna be a wait obviously on a Saturday night. My sister also ordered from them 20 minutes after I did. She received her food. I did not. I ordered on slice, and she got in contact with the store. If you want a store that will actually deliver you your food or even the correct food, this is not the store for you. They will just hand you random boxes and hope it’s the right one.
