Last time I was there there was a young drunk employee being obnoxiously loud and annoying. One would think management would be smart enough to send her home but they didn't seem to notice how drunk she was. My wife and I couldn't even finish our food before we had enough and left.

Update: Years later, the place has picked up again, definitely haven't been as rude as I've experienced in the past and the food has gone back up in quality. I'm going to assume it's a lot of the COVID tension that really set things out of control back then.

I stopped by Pizza Bonno during what was clearly a hectic night — they were short-staffed and packed with orders, but I have to give credit where it’s due: the staff handled it like pros.
Even with the rush, they stayed calm, polite, and genuinely empathetic about the wait. They communicated clearly, kept things moving, and checked in with updates. You could tell they cared and were doing their best for every customer.
