Ordered a pizza and it was delivered raw..cheese all over and raw, cold dough. Called and they sent another in 20 minutes? Again it was so undercooked and had pepperoni on it. I didnt order pepperoni..im Jewish and dont eat pepperoni. At that point I was absolutely disgusted and gave it to the guy working the desk at the hotel. Just a nasty pizza.

This is hard, because their food is always good. But, I called to place an order, because I couldn't order a platter online. Turns out a platter of salad isn't a thing, no problem! I just ordered a couple. The concern here is, I wanted to add a couple of dressings and it unfortunately was after she already totaled the order. I heard her complaining, "like why do you have to add stuff". I think poor customer service is truly an issue and changes the WHOLE experience of a company.We all need to work on being better. My company usually orders large orders from Pizza Palace, but this changes our whole perspective.

Second time ordering the chicken Parmesan. First time was not great but thought I would try again . Disappointed again lots of pasta, very little sauce, and a small tough chicken breast. Not worth $20 .

I’d say this is my favorite restaurant in Plattsburgh, but that doesn’t do this place justice. This may be my favorite restaurant for the price in New York. The service has always been amazing and I’ve never had anything I didn’t love! The pizza, wings, and pasta are all to die for. I absolutely love this place!
