My wife and I loved the food here the onion rings and fires were nice and crispy the burgers were cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. Definitely would recommend.

The food was good. Yet, with a large party we were put in a back room that looked like a basement. It was freezing. I want to offer support but a major part of going out to eat is the atmosphere. Our table was broken and we had to ask to move to another table. It was almost offensive. Looking at the other reviews, I think if you have a smaller party, it is much more enjoyable.

Love the burgers they are unique and very well balanced flavors. The portions are very generous. The staff all seem very friendly and attentive. Ohh they also have Italian sodas, you don't see that often around here.Kid-friendliness: The place is family and child friendly they also have a kids menu.
It was Thanksgiving day, and I called pretty much every place in town, and to my dismay, everything was closed, including Platts Burger. But, as luck would have it, one of the owners Marie, picked up the phone anyway and told me they were wrapping up their family gathering for Thanksgiving at the restaurant and invited me to leftovers if I wanted some…let me assure you that this review right here is the LEAST that I could do because if it wasn’t for her offer to me — a stranger, a customer…. (also pregnant) — I would not have had anything more than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner— there was NOTHING open.I am beyond grateful for this invitation and their kindness. I came over and wow! I had a banquet! And for this kind gesture, they have a new friend & customer!Please come and support this amazing family business! Good people and if their restaurant‘s food is anything like their Thanksgiving meal— it’s BEYOND delicious!

Let's start off with my wife and I each got a cheeseburger with fries and burgers were really greasy. My wife's burger came out looking like it was just put on the grill to get a color to it. Mine was not fully cooked and soda was flat almost $30 for that.

The atmosphere was definitely cute and cozy, the food was of a good portion, and the service was great. However me and my friends burgers were not cooked fully, idk if they just cook them to a certain doneness other than well done, but it’s uncommon for a place to not ask how you’d like your burger cooked. I got the smash burger with the maple hot sauce and felt like there just wasn’t enough sauce on the burger, but it was still tasty. Some of the best fries I’ve had from a place in a while too. They took 50% off for the undercooked burgers which was nice. Wish there was more appetizer and side options on the menu. Overall, I’d go again. (:

We have tried this place twice once when they first opened and a couple days ago. Not impressed the burgers are always dry and burnt and chili cheese fries were eh! We won't be back after this second time!
