We went in on Friday evening and sat at the bar just to have a couple drinks and an app. The bartender acted like taking our order was an inconvenience. They didn't have Jack Daniels that my husband ordered and then they didn't have Tito's that I ordered. Asked if he could do a martini and all he said was "no" with no explanation or alternative offered. Overall the bartender was rude and dismissive. We had to flag him down for another round. The only good part was the Buffalo mac and cheese. Oh yeah and the jerk off bartender charged us twice because I didn't realize my friend paid with a card already and he handed me the check still. Would not go back!!!

They don't brew their own beer. Pour your own beer-wall and pay by the ounce.

You have to seat yourself, the menu is very small now which was disappointing. we had to wait 20 minutes to get a waitress, she took our drink order and disappeared for 10 minutes then took our order and we didn’t see her again for a long time. Our food took almost an hour before it came out and no one checked on us. Our food came out and the portions were tiny for the price. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and we asked for the check, she disappeared again and started to tend bar instead so we waited a little longer and then went to the bar to pay. Our meal was comped which was nice because I was still going to pay but I don’t know what happened to this place because we used to love it but the last couple times it has been like this.

Good service and good drinks! They have pour your own beer taps! We had never seen this before but it was great for trying beers that we haven’t before, and pouring how much we wanted to drink rather than ordering full drinks that we didn’t like! Even though we served ourselves, the bartenders were still very kind and checked in on us

Place used to be so good. Now it's hardly ever open. We finally stopped by when it was open and we're pretty much shown the door after 2 drinks and dinner. The single waitress/bartender was only interested in playing quickdraw. Unless they get some decent staff we won't be back. Sad.

No local beers. Service takes forever. The server just disappears for 15 mins at a time. The pour your own beer is fine but it's all gets I can get anywhere else. Why is this called a Brewing Company if they don't sell to offer any original beers?

It's too hot to be out there in Plattsburgh, so I'm in here for a quiet Sunday afternoon. A beer, some wifi and some power. It was pleasant and air conditioned and my server was nice.

The beer was tasty and cold. The service was attentive. There is a power outlet way on the side where you can see eight of the big screen televisions that are tuned in to different sports channels.

Parking: They share parking with the hotel.

Well to start, it’s not a brewery! They don’t make anything, and they don’t offer flights… nor do they offer smaller ounce pours to try..: they have a “beer list” of beer with no descriptions and you have to google them if you’re looking to know what you’re going to drink/try (and you have to order the full size beverage versus a flight like a brewery would have…there’s no “trying”). Bartender has zero personality, and the place is dead… pretty much closed it feels like. We ordered food… no one in here and it’s been a half hour and still nothing out here. The bartender is being trained on the new “wall pour system” and hasn’t checked on us for drinks or update on food… We were actually told by many locals to avoid the place but we love breweries and wanted to give it a try anyway…too bad it’s not a brewery!

We definitely recommend avoiding it and listening to others and finding a more enjoyable place while you’re in town. It’s so unfortunate because it’s such a beautiful space/venue and has so much potential but this place just is not it. Hope to see something else in here and thriving next time we come through!

**edit… our food finally came out almost an hour later and cold. All we ordered was the burger and a mac and cheese grilled cheese (again no one else here and took this long?) They both were cold and soggy like they sat there forever and were forgotten about, which seems most likely to be the case as the bartender was training on their new “pour” system… we just can’t even give this place a second chance at this point. Go elsewhere and avoid the stress and enjoy your vacation at the naked turtle or somewhere else!

We had an hour to grab a drink and we were handed a menu as soon as we arrived. We waited 30 minutes to place our drink order before we decided we didn't have enough time to keep waiting, drink, sober up and leave. We left without placing an order.

We arrive, half of the beers displayed are not available. The menu on the website is different from what they offer on site. In short, in 5 minutes, 3 disappointments. The waitress has the wrong beer. We didn't eat anything at the restaurant.

The waitress changed the tip on my bill to give herself $20 on a $40 bill. This was the worst service I have had in a very long time. At the time, we were understanding since she was alone on a crowded Saturday, but in the end, she served me a glass of water which she considered lemonade $$$ and our plates after 45 minutes of waiting were cold. No way to talk to her because she was busy.

I’m going to give them five stars. They don’t have a brewer, which is absurdly disappointing because I would love to try their own beers.I didn’t eat. Their website menu is quite outdated. I’m a vegetarian so my options are super limited and I don’t blame any places for not having much for me to eat. I was hoping for a substantial meal and was excited for the flatbreads. Well, they don’t have the flatbreads on the menu anymore. If I ate meat, they had a solid menu. The bartender / server was incredible. This is also a pretty cool spot.
