Went in here after they just opened and apparently dealing with customers is inconvenient for them. Very awkward. Staff have an attitude when asked for something basic like iced coffee. Maybe having a brick and mortar isn’t for this team and they should focus on online orders

I’m not quite sure how I feel about having enough cream cheese on a single bagel for two additional bagels. The giant mound was not really necessary and ended up in the trash. Bagels are good but… oof. They also didn’t add the bacon to the double meat sandwich, which is a main component of it so not sure what happened there.

Can't believe this is my first time trying it. Won't be my last. This is my new go to for breakfast sandwiches. Bagels are fresh and delicious. The Spicy Boi is amazing. Definitely a must try!

Every time we order from this place we only get half the order but still pay full price. Anytime we call or walk over we get a ton of attitude and no resolution offered. Want four breakfast sandwiches for your office mates? You’re only gonna get two. Without fail.

Amazing amazing amazing. Every time. I can count on perfect service and even more perfect food!!! Love love love this place. The DoorDash orders are always perfect temperature when they arrive and always arrive quickly! The workers are beyond comforting and kind as they have always been and I love going to this place. Delicious.
Glad I stopped here while travelling through. Spicy Boi on a Spicy Everything bagel and that Maple Hot Sauce too! Some golden girls decor flair in there too, lovely. Friendly service even though I was just passing through and a bit clueless. Small suggestion for owner would be some more signage telling people what you have inside, I didn't know what to expect until I went in and asked what's cookin'. Not all travellers would make that first effort perhaps? Grabbed our sandwiches and went to Plattsburgh Marina with Mom for a great meal with a nice view. Thanks again!
