I asked for my bagel to be scooped and the owner very rudely told me no, he makes the bagels and won’t do that. My husband and I were in the food industry for many years. People have all kinds of dietary restrictions so we very taken aback by his response. My husband refrained from ordering anything. The owner was also talking negatively about other people to one of his employees. It didn’t feel like a very welcoming atmosphere and we won’t be back.

Went in here after they just opened and apparently dealing with customers is inconvenient for them. Very awkward. Staff have an attitude when asked for something basic like iced coffee. Maybe having a brick and mortar isn’t for this team and they should focus on online orders

I’m not quite sure how I feel about having enough cream cheese on a single bagel for two additional bagels. The giant mound was not really necessary and ended up in the trash. Bagels are good but… oof. They also didn’t add the bacon to the double meat sandwich, which is a main component of it so not sure what happened there.
Can't believe this is my first time trying it. Won't be my last. This is my new go to for breakfast sandwiches. Bagels are fresh and delicious. The Spicy Boi is amazing. Definitely a must try!
