I ordered a double bacon egg and cheese on an cheddar bagel, and hands down ig was the best BEC I ever had in my life. I do not say this lightly, BEC is literally my favorite sandwich ever. I get them all over the place and this is easily the best one. The bagel was so fresh, toasted just enough but not burnt and not stale either. The bacon was hella crispy which I LOVE. I hate wet slimey fast food bacon that most places use this was some prime stuff. The egg was fried perfectly, and the sandwich itself wasnt greasy or soggy. I couldn't eat it fast enough. I usually go to Zuke's but decided to try somewhere else and I'm never going back lol. If you like breakfast sandwiches go here!!! They have so many option for bagels, different meats, etc. This is my first time ever going here but this sandwich is so good I had to immediately let everyone know.

same o same o. calls themselves "bakers" but makes, what? bread? wouldnt make a special order for me for a special event "too busy, no time" but there is never anyone there. surprised the doors are open.

The spicy everything bagel breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese are out of this world. I honestly love their bread and see why it sells out regularly. The service is 5 star and the quality cannot be beat. Run don't walk!

Although the baked goods are really good, it's all undone by super unprofessional and dismissive staff that drunkenly takes to the internet/social media to make fun of and harass customers. The store's seating area has been cluttered with misc. junk and under renovation for nearly a year now and I can't help but notice the weird hunk of hollowed out bread in the kitchen that's been there since the first time I visited this place. I really enjoyed this place and the food allowed a lot to slide, but unfortunately the lack of professionalism towards its customers has made me personally too uncomfortable to ever return. Even though it's LGBTQ+ owned, there's clearly some internalized and externalized homophobia going on by some of its workers. If you shop here, you can best bet the staff is shallowly berating you the minute the door closes behind your back.

Unprofessional staff that harasses their customers drunkenly online is NOT okay. I used to love this place— baked goods were great and you can tell the owner has a lot of passion. Though the store itself is a little disheveled amidst a renovation, it’s well on its way to looking lovely. Unfortunately, one of their employees (drinking on the job when I came in one day) took to social media to harass me about my appearance and clearly has a very terrible attitude towards the store and its customers. I do not intend to ever go back and am very disappointed that behavior is tolerated.

Tried for the first time, had an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Good bagel and good service but no good place to sit inside and eat your bagel. Better for take away and pickup.

I was very happy to bump into this place, since I had not had sourdough in a few weeks because we were traveling. We bought a loaf, and in the end we were a little bit disappointed because it did not have the crumb structure nor the taste that I have come to associate with sourdough. It was still a good bread, it was just not a recognizable sourdough.
