I've never seen pizza so thin my pizza was heated then set on the counter behind the cashier right up against a cleaning bucket I witnessed being used after about 5 min waiting in line they addressed the pizza and I was able to get my hands on the cold thin slices way over priced for what I ended up with .

Too much pepper on cheese pizza so spicy 😡😡😱😱😱 so spicy it stayed for half an hour companys sauce so bad your tummy will hurt and you will get gas blows 1 star

I wanted to order a whole pizza, but the lady who was doing the pizzas was so rude. She was like I don't have any sauce left so no I'm not doing any whole pizzas for anybody today. I can understand the shortage but there is a way to talk to customers. Please provide more training to your employees or give them better working conditions so it can reflect on the service they give.

Employees always stressed and very unhappy and unorganized. Food quality very low. These negative things have been consistent every time we've tried eating there over the last few years. We're done trying, as many foodservice educated customers are as well.. very sad.

I ordered a large pizza and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I waited 40 minutes as I was standing right next to them. After 40 minutes I went up to the counter to inquire about my order because it had been extremely long, and wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. When I went up the staff had no recollection of me placing an order. I was told to wait 10 more minutes as they finally started making my pizza, with no apologies about making us wait. She then proceeded to asked if i just wanted a refund. If I have paid for my order it should not be that difficult to remember. That was a total waste of an hour of waiting at the register.

So we didn't plan on eating here but a nearby establishment was closed and we had a movie to get to. We didn't have high expectations but ordered spaghetti anyways. Well this was noodles and very watery sauce. Basically it was noodles in red water. Absolutely horrible.

Rude girl refused to serve me claiming they were closed due to short staff. Yet there was one other staff member and pizza slices out on the counter. Whose ever heard of a pizza place refusing to serve customers while they are open with slices outI filed a report with security and following up with this bad review

I would advise not ordering from this overpriced/mall quality pizza establishment. First time I door dashed this place they sent me one slice of pizza instead of two. When I called they the simply said "we misread the screen and would have to contact door dash for any further complaints." I figured I would give it one more chance today and placed an order for two slices of pizza. The establishment opens at 11am so I placed my order for my lunch break at work which was around 11:50am. When I got my order it was obviously pizza that was made when they opened at 11am. The pizza was dry and cold, the box was thoroughly soaked with grease and flat as a pancake. This is the last time I will waste $20 on less than average pizza. Will order from somewhere more reputable or buy frozen pizza.
