I have always loved our little co-op, but the addition of the Smoothie Shack is the icing on the cake (or smoothie in this case). My favorite thing is the lox bagel and the Sunrise City juice with beets. I could eat this everyday for lunch. Everything I’ve gotten has been yummy and I don’t have to worry about if it’s gluten free or not, because EVERYTHING is!!!

Wonderful place! Halie, the owner, makes such wonderful and thoughtful Vegan and Gluten-free drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, and desserts. So attentive to quality ingredients, right amount of sweetness, and natural ingredients. We had the Halie Comet smoothie (fantastic--had two of them!), the Blueberry smoothie, and the Bagel sammie was one of the best we've had--hard to believe it's vegan and gluten-free. The avocado toast was excellent as well. The dessert was also equally compelling. We made an hour drive to visit her place, and it was so worth it! If you're health conscious, Vegan, Gluten free, or all of the above--GO THERE!

Asked Halie for a smoothie that could aid a cure for the flu. Upon the first sip of the juice she made me I had felt a wave of valiant vitality rush throughout my immune system and I was feeling better within an hour. Also the mini mushroom paninis are the most scrumptious little sandwiches you’ll ever eat! :)
