Friendly service, but they are always so overwhelmed. There's always a crazy line and often only one person working the line. I feel bad for them because they're always nice regardless but yeah there's often a crazy wait time and you can't order ahead at this location.
The current team and management (2023) is absolutely incredible and is always helpful. Despite having no order online option or drive-thru, they always strive to get everything squared away fast. For having to know 50+ recipes, this location gets everything spot on ! Cant see why anyone would have a bad experience.

The very sweet lady who helped me offered me a sample of their holiday combinations with chai. I was after a black coffee that day but I appreciated the offer and the ice cubes so I could drink my coffee right away.
