Shoutout to Rt 3 Subway! On a busy Saturday night I ordered for delivery. Almost 2 hours later the app said it should’ve been delivered 30 minutes prior, and hadn’t been. I called to check in and eventually cancel the order. The food was there ready despite DoorDash not assigning any drivers. When a driver showed up 20 minutes later, they called to let me know someone had showed up and that they were remaking my order so it would still arrive hot. Really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. Even though my food was later than expected, they did all they could to make sure I still had a good meal when it did arrive :)

After I had chose the nachos to try I was told I could not add any other veggies which was disappointing and not mentioned anywhere on site. That's really too bad because nachos to me have more than just two slices of tomatoes maybe 4 slices of onions and a few jalapeños... i realize it is 5 dollars however it's subway and anything else you can load with veggies so noting you cannot do.this with nachos is ideal for on site ordering

Food is expensive and drinks are unreal. The staff is great and I enjoy the food. The app is kinda slow but I need the rewards. It'd be nice if they offered more deals. Especially on the Buffalo wraps. It costs 16 bucks for a Buffalo wrap and med fountain drink. I like the bogo foot long deal though that's the only reasonablely priced order there.
Food was disgusting. It was over salty, not toasted and doesn’t taste like there’s cheese on it. The subs ordered was a sweet onion terriaki and a chicken bacon ranch. Two of the grossest subs I’ve ever had.

Really nice leaders here. I just ordered 2 subs and a new employee was making them, it wasn't very busy but the kid was struggling and his trainer didn't get mad or upset. Adrien was reasurring, informative and helpful to the new kid. I've seen some really bad fast food manager get overwhelmed with training new people to the speed on this industry but Adrien did a really good job. I hope I'm getting his name right it might be aydin.
