I got beef tips, and it said it would have mushrooms, but I didn't see any. Large portion of mash potatoes. I didn't know that the meat came with gravy. It probably said it, but I missed it. The service was great.

Texas Roadhouse is a typical steakhouse restaurant with different cuts of steaks available, ribs and hamburgers. I ordered the steak sirloin and ribs. The steak was delicious; the tenderness and taste was as expected. The ribs are a bit overcooked in my opinion. But it is advertised as « fall of the bones », and the taste was ok. The other meal ordered is a country fryer sirloin steak. Again the taste and tenderness was up to the standards but the presentation was a bit sloppy, like most of the plates served. The side dishes were ok. The chili tasted like canned chili. The service was quick.
Parking: Huge outside parking.

Our server was so busy chatting with people she knew instead of serving us. Pretty sad the manager had to serve us. Our table was never cleaned off. I think you need a change in staff. One with better customer service.

There is always a wait to get there. Consider getting on their waiting list, this can be done via their website. If there are 2 of you or you want to be seated at the bar, there may not be a wait.
We were told 45 minutes but ultimately we were called after 10 minutes. So much the better! On the other hand, we waited at least 10-12 minutes before a server came to see us after we had finished looking at the menu, which took us less than 2 minutes. Mark, our server, was either new or jaded because he wasn't attentive at all. We had to ask him twice to remove the empty plates that took up all the space on the table and the second time, he pretended not to understand and left without picking them up. We ate our dessert with half of the plates still empty on a small table (seat for 2).
The food was okay, nothing more. The best was the fried onion which was crispy and tasty. We chose our steak so the quality of the meat was there but the cooking was not what we asked for (medium-rare), we got blue. They should really give the de facto gravy with all the steaks, it's super good and not on the menu, we had to ask. The mac'n'cheese tasted almost nothing, lacked creaminess. The fries were disappointing, not crispy enough, and the all-dressed baked potato was also disappointing with the lack of toppings. The ribs on the other hand were succulent. If you don't have them as a meal, have them as a side dish, it's a nice portion.
Cheesecake was very good (I would have had it without the whipped cream) and the apple pie too, very good.
I don't think I'll go back unless it's in a group.

Every time I come here I feel that your biggest piroty is to rush me out. I LOVE to have a good meal you deliver put don't rush your clients.
Took forever to get food and the cook on a 6oz fillet was near rare twice when it was supposed to be medium. Not to mention when we got there the place was empty but they still made us wait 15 mins to be seated for 2 people with almost all the tables in the whole place open. Only when the waiting area was full did they start seating people. We will not be going back over priced salty commercial food! The manager did comp my so n's meal but I knew nd of expected that after failing twice. The people were very nice!
