Probably the worst place on campus. A combination of poor service, mediocre food, and those damn kiosks have really left this place in shambles. Part of me feels bad because I would never disrespect a food service worker and never will, but there is a point where it gets absolutely ridiculous. No one should have to wait 30 minutes to get a bottled drink that they can physically see from the counter. The food isn't even worth it.

Most Tim Horton's are not on college campus. So I give them a pass. That being said, they are the only Tim Horton's in Plattsburgh. This makes them VERY special!

Manager is constantly disrespectful to the employees and customers. Was yelled at because I (customer) waited 35 minutes for my croissant because they lost my ticket or something. When I asked, the employees were all nice, trying to go make it. However, the manager turned and yelled at me about how she already made 2. Ok? Well no one called out the number for those?

As a student of Plattsburgh state, Tim Hortons is the worst spot on campus to grab a quick snack or drink in between classes, whether you order online or in person, you will be sitting there for 30 minutes. To add to the slow service, the food is always cold, and the workers are always yelling and fighting with each other. Nothing more frustrating than ordering your meal 20 minutes in advance just to have to leave your food there because you are late for your next class, even though you were told to order online to eliminate that factor.
It would be nice to have a Tim Hortons open to the public in Plattsburgh, unfortunately this one is limited to college students only.
