2/22 Sat 8pm The guy working was amazing, but he was the only one working and was definitely overworked. I don’t know how he kept his cool with the amount of people coming in and ordering ahead. Shame on Coldstone management for having only one employee on a weekend night

Customer service was ok. Today is January 14th at 5:47 pm. Im not sure who serviced me honestly. Usually the employees here are nice but person wasn’t as pleasant. They still have the sign up saying you can’t taste the flavors, other cold stones will let you taste atleast 1 flavor. This one does not let you try any. I guess you can never try something new lol. Idk kinda weird for an ice cream place to not let you try a flavor.

They really skimp on the portions at this location, even if you’re paying for additional toppings.

No kids sizes…$10 for an ice cream cone. If you have kids don’t waste your time - head over to Carvel on the other side of town.

First of all they overcharged me $2 then what’s worse is my milk shake is not a shake - it’s milk with some ice cream. What the heck! Used to love this place. Not anymore.

I had the seasonal blueberry muffin batter and it was amazing. the single employee who was there was such a friendly and kind man. he was professional and extremely polite! a great place for family’s

Got strawberry ice cream and tested so bad! They need to change the worker here he was so disrespectful!!!!!!!

I like this place a lot, but the prices have skyrocketed SO much in the last year or so, I just can't bring myself to go. For the smallest size, I paid $7.50 with tax during my last visit. Really unbelievable!!! And many times, I've had ice crystals in the ice cream, which should definitely not happen given the high price point.

Rude employee who was on his phone the whole time. He also did not chop any ingredients up. And the price. Outrageous! $14 for a cup of ice cream not ok!!

I went to this Cold Stone location and ordered curbside pickup from their website and upon arriving I called the location as instructed and a rude employee answered the phone and stated that they did not offer curbside and that I’d have to come inside to get the order. The issue or reasoning why I couldn’t go inside should not have been questioned especially given the pandemic. With a little bit of back and forth and what felt like me having to persuade the employee on the phone, the employee comes to the door and stands just outside the store holding the bag so I’d have to come and retrieve it. Terrible experience for such a simple transaction, I’ll never be returning to this location.

Ice-cream is the best!

WORST RUDE EMPLOYEE ! Our ice creams had whole pieces of the ingredients!!!!! He literally didn’t even chop it up which is the whole point of cold stone! I want my money back!! Terrible!
