I think Dai sushi may very well be the best spot for Sushi outside the city. I stumbled upon this place picking up an order. I couldn’t believe the amount of orders going out, I waited a while but now I understand after I tried for myself it was delicious and some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had. This place is a gem and I come all the way from Yonkers. Worth it!
Get the family tray, its great sushi that competes with the dozens of places I have tried in Westchester - basically all of them - and NYC. The spicy stuff and teriyaki is excellent as well; small intimate place if you want to have lunch with a good special (3 rolls for $26 I believe) that can feed two pretty well. Never been to Japan but this place feels pretty close?

We ordered the Red Dragon Roll, Chirashi Roll, Volcano Roll, and chicken fried rice. Out of these items, the Red Dragon Roll, which tasted very creamy, was the best. I have and would get it again next time.
The flavor and consistency of the sushi were thoughtfully considered. The ingredients to rice ratio were good. Overall, a go-to choice for sushi.
