Nobody speaks English! Its all Spanish BRUTAL! Every customer trying to order or communicate with them is very difficult! How do you hire nobody who speaks english!

I placed an order for two breakfast sandwiches with turkey bacon. It had been over 20 minutes and our sandwiches still weren't ready. When I asked for assistance I was told to please wait and then I was completely ignored. When we finally received our sandwiches, they were cold, contained bacon, which we do not eat, and the cheese was left off. Not only were they rude, the service was terrible, and the order was wrong. This Dunkin donuts is closer to where we live, but because the service has been terrible numerous times we usually have to drive to the one on the other side of Pleasantville. This is ridiculous.

This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.

Nice workers but too much ice in the drinks. If you want the refreshers with coconut milk you may have to ask them to add more of it. Otherwise, it tastes mostly like the fruit flavors which are nice too.
