Certainly one of the better Asian restaurants in the area, excellent dumpling, Bao. I Ramin will good, could have been better. We'd go back.

My best friend and I have been going here regularly since they opened in 2019. Sriracha wall days real ones remember. We’ve always loved it but we’re not reviewers. However last night after how many times of going there we had the best experience yet with Alfredo as our server. Remembered our usual drinks order, gave great recommendations, was just overall on top of it, but most noticeably my friend dropped a chopstick and before we could even look up to find someone to ask for another he was there with chopsticks in a marking tray. Marked us in fresh share plates and chopsticks between every course which I don’t think is standard there since it’s not really shared plates format but we always share. Could tell he really cares about service which is amazing to see because we do truly love this place the food has always been great but that service is the distinction that motivated a review. Bartender Matt also awesome didn’t see him last night but he’s always great.

Everything is tasty even the cocktails !! Very substantial portion and cute atmosphere with friendly service.
But I do recommend giving a spoon for rice dishes instead of just chopsticks because the rice is not as sticky as Japanese cook rice.

Went to Fatt Root for a Saturday late lunch and we had a great time here.
The service was excellent and we were seated fairly quickly.
We ordered the classic pork belly ramen, chicken bao bun and some Korean chicken wings. The bao bun was amazing and the chicken wings were cooked very well. The ramen was good. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was their Vietnamese coffee which had way too much cinnamon in for my taste.

Ordered a delivery few times. Two times was excellent but third time (on July 31) was really bad. Every single dish was "tired" and soggy. Too sad this place is going down. I gave my 5 star reviews previously but have to give 1 now..you can't rely on them
