Well, after receiving confirmation for our reservation only upon arrival at Mediterraneo Ristorante in Pleasantville, NY did we discover that it is permanently closed!!! We say "eat before you go". Unbelievable that we were able to even make a reservation through Open Table. We had a wonderful time discovering another better restaurant that evening.

- Hand made, fresh squeezed Cosmos!! Our first visit Feb 20, 2021 - ( Oops we forgot to make a reservation but we got lucky )- Good enough to compete with Bobby Flay or Iron Chef! Nice atmosphere - reasonable prices - Looking forward to the next meal ( The following day we showed up but closed on Sunday) my pics will not load... hmm

Probably our favorite place. The food and people are great. I always seem to get the pork chop but must try something else. My wife loves the artichokes. While not cheap it's not over the top either.

This was our first meal out since the Pandemic started. The restaurant had several tables set up under tents on the sidewalk of this quiet side street. Food was excellent and the waitstaff was very attentive even though it was a busy Friday night. Glad we ventured out!

Cherry Pepper Basket with Drizzled Honey (amazing), Octopus Agro Dolce, Pork Ribs, Burrata caprese with prosciutto, Stuffed Artichoke (must have), Polenta Fries, Baked Clams. For dinner, I had chicken parmigiana with penne vodka. Delish! Can't wait to go back and try everything else.
