Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Inside seating and a outdoor seating in the rear, which you can enter also. Paid parking both on the street and lots. Handicap accessible in front entrance, with a slight slope. In the rear to the outside seating is also accessible from the sidewalk and from the inside.

It used to be so good. Went downhill a little. Looks like they need to clean up a bit. Also, the people making your order are wearing dirty tee shirts and touch mouth and face while making your order. Place needs to get the manager in there to clean it up. I won’t go back for a while to wait for improvements. I threw out my bowl when I got home. Got grossed out while they were making it.

I generally shy away from chains of 200+ locations. But I love the Açaí Tropical Bowl. Use the app, it’s ready quickly. Can’t speak to the nutritional value, but lots of fresh fruit.
They have excellent gluten-free granola.
This location has an excellent outside seating area behind the store. It’s relaxing.
One downside - it’s expensive for what you get.
Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten-free granola option. And, of course, the fruit is fresh and good.
Parking: It can be hard to find parking. Usually the best option is to park in the train station lot. It’s just across the street.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. A good alternative to ice cream.

We always have a great experience. We usually use the app to order for pickup. Electric mermaid and Tropical bowls are our faves, plus Pink Pitaya smoothie for the kids. Both the food and service are always sweet and refreshing. I also appreciate the kid friendly outdoor seating in the back.
