I have to say I understand coffee shops and restaurants get busy. I also understand staff and managers get overwhelmed but it does not give you the right to be rude to your customers. I ordered a drink and was definitely supposed to be in front of other people but not only did the guy who worked there make it last but was extremely rude about it which I called him out for and rightfully so.
