You guys need to change your reservation hours. I showed up at my reserved time and was told the kitchen was closed.

I just ordered take-out from this restaurant (5/25/23). I ordered the Branzino pan seared with seasoning (only flaw it was over salted) with a medley of vegetables and mashed potatoes. I also ordered creamed spinach and tartufo. The Branzino aside from being a little over salted was cooked perfectly portion 2 filets was delicious with the thyme sauce. The medley of fresh vegetables, carrots, zucchini, broccoli & summer squash sautéed with oil and garlic were cooked & seasoned perfectly. The creamed spinach with their light cream sauce was deliciously light. I will definitely go there to have a meal. The food was delivered on time and hot. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the over salted branzino. This is a very delicate fish light seasoning is important. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the salt. I haven't tried the Tartufo yet but I haven't had a bad one yet.

Made a reservation for 7:00 on a Saturday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived and they asked if we had a reservation so I told them I made it through open table and they said they don't use open table. Didn't matter since the place was empty, so we opted for a table outside, ordered and got our drinks and then never saw anyone again for another 30 minutes. Once our waiter came back out he said one kitchen staff had just arrived so it was going to be a while before we could get food. So the whole time we were sitting there, there was no one even in the kitchen but they let us sit there for almost 40 minutes. We grabbed the check for our 2 drinks and left so I can't comment on the food, but I definitely would never go here again.

NEVER GO HERE I made a reservation for 9/4/22 on 8/24, party of 7, at 5:30. Got to the restaurant to find a sign saying closed for labor day weekend. If the management/owners had any respect for their customer, one would have expected them to make an effort to call and notify before reservation date. Fortunately, Benjamin's was able to take us. I called on 9/6 to ask what happened. Still no call, no effort to contact. Customers should not be treated this way.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Service, ambiance and food all fantastic. We ordered the Clams, Mussels and Charred Octopus for starters. Beautifully seasoned and delicious. For our entrees we enjoyed New York Strip, Rib-eye, (delicious house made steak sauce) Chicken Martini and Shrimp Lemoncello... all beautifully prepared and plentiful. Dessert was excellent. We ordered Blueberry Cobbler A la mode and Red Velvet Layer Cake. Finished with Cappuccino. P.S. The seating is very comfortable. Overall we give a 9.9 rating!! Will be back soon.

Very disappointing overall. Empty on a Sat night. Bread came out burnt. Steak was ok but the au poivre sauce was definitely not a real au poivre. It tasted like it has Italian dressing or sweet honey mustard in it. The salmon was dry and no one knew what "marble potatoes" were. First waiter said it's round. Second water said it's small like marbles. What I got was dry burnt sliced potatoes with my plain roasted salmon with soggy asparagus. No flavor in any of it. The mac n cheese side was nothing to write home about, not gooey or cheesy. The creamed spinach separated into a pool of oil on my plate. They also upcharge for credit card payment, which I know restaurants have been doing, but with a $230+ dinner for three without appetizers, alcohol or dessert, it's just insult to injury. I'd be surprised if this place lasts a year as is. And, the vibe is neon green lighting against black ceilings, dark walls, weird slipcovered velvet grey chairs and fake green neon fire electrical decor on the walls. It's like a strip club vibe from the 90's, but with old sleepy Sinatra (not his upbeat songs) on the playlist. Oh, the best part was when the waiter dropped a fork after removing our plates, and instead of picking it up, he proceeded to kick the fork across the dining room towards the kitchen. In an empty restaurant, all you heard was the clanking of the fork as he kicked it!

Came here for weekday happy hour and sat at the small bar. $6 wine was great and the $8 small plates very tasty. Service was friendly. I took a point off for the interior design and ambiance. The decor is too dark, outdated and cheap-looking, creating a very uninviting atmosphere. I would come back, but only to sit at one of the tables on the sidewalk. With an update to the interior, I think this would be a great place.
