yay taco project!!!! my fave local tacos. the battered shrimp tacos are my go-to—i often want to explore the menu, but, knowing the shrimp tacos exist, i simply cannot stray! the mango salsa really makes the dish.
additionally, the service here is impeccable! erica helped us today, and she was so friendly and attentive. checking in, very welcoming and chill, and makes a mean hibiscus margarita! she said it was her first time making margs… how! it tasted so delicious, like she was a seasoned marg-maker. it was sweet, yet you could still taste the tequila. thank you erica!!! if you see her, please say hello for me.
overall, stop into the taco project! it’s always a great. quick food output, marvelous margs… perfect meal time. yay!
