We are loyal fans and frequent visitors of the Taco Project. If you live in or near Westchester county New York you MUST visit them. We usually frequent the Tarrytown location but this trip was in Pleasantville and we were met with the same high quality and super friendly staff. This restaurant is the best for Mexican food. Period. Tacos incredible, quesadillas terrific, rice and beans heavenly and the Mexican street corn is to die for.

Javier was very pleasant, welcoming, humble, and overall very RESPECTFUL! I inquired about ingredients on a taco and what a drink contained and he explained it to me very pleasantly. I’m appreciative of staff with his similar characteristics. Thank you so much. I will be visiting this Taco Project again because of Jose and his hospitality.

Great atmosphere, everything was clean and put together. Javier bartender was so helpful and kind. A random night out, ended better than expected, great food and great drinks.
