Ordered gluten free pasta. It was served WAY UNDERDONE. Aldente sure, but this was almost inedible. Like chewing rubber. Fortunately, the GF pizza was pretty good.

We ordered 4 items
One was missing
The Uber Eats driver was 30
Minutes late from the projected time
We called the restaurant and they won’t deliver the one item.
We order from them frequently - they charge a lot which is their choice but we are done with them.

I’ve been ordering from Wood and Fire for years, but unfortunately, my last three experiences have been very disappointing.
The first time, my food never arrived, I let it go. The second time, the food arrived very cold, and even the pizza tasted old—I let it go again. This time, my food never arrived at all again!
I called the restaurant, and the young woman who answered the phone was very kind and tried to help. She spoke to her manager, but unfortunately, he didn’t make any effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was just given excuses that Uber is a third-party service and they can’t do anything about it. But as a manager, he clearly could have done something, such as resending the food or offering another solution, especially considering I have been a customer for a while.
I also run my own business, so I know firsthand that sometimes things go wrong with third parties. But as a business owner, you must still take responsibility and make things right for your customers. That’s what good service means.
What was most disappointing is that the manager didn’t even bother to speak with me directly. He just had the young woman relay a message that next time I should order directly from the restaurant, and they would “give me something on the house.” I don’t care about getting something for free, I just want good service.
Sadly, after three negative experiences in a row, I can no longer say this restaurant provides the quality or service it once did. Passing the blame to Uber is not acceptable. When you choose to work with a third party, you also take on the responsibility to make sure your customers are taken care of.
This place is absolutely filthy the staff is extremely ignorant and i will not be returning.

Nice selection of pizza, bar area with TVs, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly/attentive. The only reason this isn’t getting the full 5 is the price. For the area/what you get…it’s a little over priced.
Worth a visit.

Nice place; the food is very good. I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed. I will point out that the prices on some items seem a bit high.

have been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the convenient location, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Upon requesting outdoor seating at 3:45pm—when nearly all tables were available—the server disappeared inside to chat with two other staff members and never returned to assist us. We were given menus but no shared napkins or plates. When we asked, the server handed us a rolled napkin without making eye contact and walked away. This level of service is unacceptable and not reflective of the standard I have experienced in the past.

Loved it, service and food.
This laid back and unpretentious restaurant will put you at ease while you enjoy a solid Italian meal. They are known for their pizza offerings, but they also have wonderful salads and classic Italian dishes. I had the Chicken Francese which was moist and tasty with a creamy lemon sauce. It was a sizable portion so I did not feel the need to order an appetizer. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. There is a designated parking lot with an ample number of spaces. Great place, particularly for a casual family meal.
