Thought we got a regular whopper when we orded an impossible one... The staff kindly remade it even though it turned out the impossible whopper is just rlly convincing... lol our bad thank y'all so much great quick service
So they closing at 9:30pm which says right here! And I went in before 9:10pm! Still open and still I can order the food!! But idk what happened with the Bald Head Guy? He looks soo pissed like literally can tell he just wants to go home! He wasn’t happy at all! Didn’t say anything but the way he looked at me while grabbing the order slip from the printer cause I ordered myself from that Kiosk touch screen thing whatever it’s called!!
I waited 40 min without receiving my meal like many other people in the restaurant. They did't tell us that waiting time and many people were complaining. Then I had to leave to not be late. I communicated with BK and they told me that they will refund my meal, but after 4 or 5 emails telling me that it is comming nothing after 1 month.
Don't go to that restaurant and don't expect good customer relationship with Burger King in general.
