Capable Restaurant serves innovative American/Mediterranean-style food with generous portions. Seafood dishes are a highlight, with the chicken scarparello and trout being standouts. The chicken paillard is especially recommended. The restaurant offers a great dining experience with delicious food and cocktails. The glassed-in dining area overlooking a waterway adds to the ambiance. While the service is excellent, there were some inconsistencies in meal preparation, such as an overcooked pork chop. Despite this, customers still look forward to returning to see what new dishes are available.
