These people suck. I purchased a cake at 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening for my kid’s birthday party. I asked if I could pick it up at 7:30 so it wouldn’t melt at the restaurant where she and her friends were having dinner. I asked multiple times and the guy told me he’d be there until 9 pm. I went back at 7:30. Lo and behold, store closed, no one around, and my cake that I had paid for not available. Never again PC Carvel, never again.

This is one of the dirtiest Carvel store I've been. The ice cream in the freezer looked like they have gotten defrosted and frozen again. The counter is dirty. Vent pretty dirty, floor and freezers are disgusting. Im surprised this store passed DOH inspection and allows the store to be open. Im sure there are mouse in that store.

I love this carvel. However every now and then an employee will completely rip me off. I get ice cream all over and most the time they fill it up. Iv only spoken up twice when they have done this to me and both times they've charged me extra to make it a normal size cup. I have 3 picture. 1 is what every carvel gives me and the other 2 are what they handed me before charging me extra. It's upsetting moneh is right now a days and to be charged a large when they hand you a medium or small cup size amount is just so disrespectful.

There were ants crawling in between the cracks on the floor!! This place was filthy and it smelled like body odor. I did not order it was so bad. It looks like it hasn’t had any tlc in decades. The health department needs to come in and fine this place for health code violations. I’m sure there are many. I took a photo of one of the ants. Carvel you should be ashamed.

This Carvel was not clean. The counters and tables were sticky. Everything in the work space looked dirty. The ice cream in the containers had freezer burn. The workers were not friendly and they put lids that did not fit on our carvalanches. It made a huge mess! The servers were rude and acted like customers were bothering them when they ordered. I will NEVER go to that Carvel again!

This is the worst Carvel I've ever been to. It's filthy. The hard ice cream looks like it has melted and frozen over and over. The low-fat flavors were limited to vanilla and the guy did warn me but it was like soup. The machine clearly wasn't working. They need a deep clean and some quality control fast!

I and two other customers approached the store 8:48. They close at nine. The doors were locked and the employee inside refused to let us in while he was cleaning. Another employee opened the door to let out a customer and the lady in front of me asked her why they’re closing before nine and her response was we’re shortstaffed. I said that’s not good business when someone drives to the store, to close early not let them in. So then the employee reluctantly said “OK come in.” I and the two other women walked in and the placed smelled like something was terribly spoiled. I turned around and I said to this other lady it stinks in here I’m leaving and she said same here. We both went to other Carvel’s. I thought the right thing to do was to call the owner today to advise him that his staff is closing before they should. Instead of thanking me for letting him know that he’s losing business, his reaction and his statement to me was “ that’s not true.” I didn’t even have a chance to tell him that the place smelled rancid
