It's a chain and I got the customer service I expect at a chain. I wasn't blown away by the service, but she was polite, friendly and attentive. She understood me and I understood her - no language barrier like previous people mentioned. Parking was fine, though it is next to a gym so busy times at the gym may mean less spots but the lot is huge. Take a walk from a further spot if you need to. The veggies looked and tasted fresh.
