I had several negative experiences with this restaurant. As a customer and as a delivery driver. The services staff was very rude on most occasions. I have stopped patronizing the business but wanted to give others a heads up. The food was just ok, combined with the service, made not going here an easy choice. I’ve had positive experiences at a near by chinese restaurant, New Wah Yuan. If you’re in Portchester it’s under a mile away, check it out!

This place is disgusting. I ordered a soup, I informed them that the wonton taste over cooked and they were hard. They asked if I would like them to make the soup over. I informed them sure if the wonton would come out softer and not taste over cook. They begin speaking their language and laughing as if it was a joke. The older female then took the same soup that I just told her that had hard wonton and taste over cook and put it into the wok to steam more. That was the most disgusting thing to see that I physically drank from the broth and they took the exact soup I brought back in to dump into the pot to steam again. That’s not sanitary for others and I can imagine how many other orders they have taken back from customers who have already began eating to re cook. The guy who was in there began speaking to me as if I was ignorant but he could not speak English properly. This place is not to be trusted.

Do not get the sezhuan dumpling. Just dumplings with little filling smothered in hot sauce. Terrible.
They will leave you there waiting to order your food without acknowledging you while they have whole conversation with each other . Food quality is not very good either no flavor and really greasy. I will not purchase from them ever again.

I should have walked out as soon as I saw the fish tank. That tank's water was so black, I couldn't tell if there were live fish in there, if it weren't for the bubbles. The food is just as bad. Never again.
The food is excellent!!! Pork fried rice was delicious, roast pork was cooked perfect and not salty, egg rolls were crispy and very flavorful. Highly highly recommend!!! Prices are extremely reasonable.

I made an order and asked for a change on seamless instead of rice let me get fries . I would.of paid extra they called me and refused. So I canceled the order. So much for being a loyal customer. ?

The person who takes the order gave me the wrong food , I didn’t realize until I got home . I called her trying to resolve it and she was absolute unapologetic and rude . He argued with me on the phone and I just hung up. She very rude and obnoxious , and I just realized the food she gave me cost more than the food I wanted . Their food is decent but I’ll definitely not go back there again because of her
