horrible first time experience and ordered delivery and when it got here the delivery driver said delievery drivers dont go upstairs and made me go outside to get it from him. isnt that the point of delivery? to deliever it directly to the customer? will never order from this one again

Don't deserve no start. Worse people to deal with, they are really rude. They don't honor their mistakes. They don't know how to speak on the phone and solve their issues knowing it was their mistake. Run from here. The worst customer services ever.

The pizza is very good but the workers are very rude, when you ask something they don't help you, they just ignore you, and when you ask for delivery they don't provide an invoice and charge a high price.

I had placed a $30.03 dollar order and left a $3 dollar tip on Dec 2 about 2 weeks later I look at my card and notice that the store took a $34 tip for themselves. When. I called to talk about this order they said they were too busy and they would call me back in 20 minutes. Called corporate and it is of course a text bot. Then the manager of the store calls me when I was working yesterday a few times. I call back and speak to the same manager and that no one called me. Theft is theft.
