This place has been good for a long time. Consistency and welcoming is rare nowadays but the people at Stand By are brining this and good food! Feels like you are family when you order & are hanging out in their backyard. Port Chester & Greenwich boarder + easy convenient free parking + amazing burger patty melt.

Food is always good, but woman working there who is possibly the owner always seems to be in a rush to get customers to leave by turning off lights on drink fridge, putting up chairs before food is even ready. It's like her way of saying we want to close. This has happened on more than one occasion, which is why I don't frequent it as much as in the past.

Solid breakfast sandwich, but more expensive by double than when it was Dougies. The chili also isn't as good, it's still good but it's not Steve's Chili. Feels more corporate than the mom and pop local spot I came to know and love.
