Terrible service and knowledge! Ordered a large cappuccino and I was given an empty cup with 2 shots and bubble foam, not a smooth and creamy foam.. I questioned them nicely and instead of them making a new coffee for me, they just kept pouring hot milk into my coffee! They clearly don’t know how to make espresso drinks and don’t know how to treat customers to 100% satisfaction. Also the Barista doesn’t understand and speak any English, had to ask the cashier to come and help translate it. And on top of that had a bad attitude!

No hairnets, and all associates were having a loose hairstyles. No gloves, even the simple plastic one. Sandwich (literally two slices of bread) - $12.68. Idk about this place.. Never asked if I wanted to heat it up. Just hair flying around, people in the back not wearing any gloves, doesnt look clean 😔

The Kneaded Dough in Port Chester is fantastic! Their bread is always fresh and flavorful, with so many great options to choose from. The pies are incredible — perfectly flaky crusts and delicious fillings that taste homemade in the best way. They’ve also got plenty of pastries (like the almond croissant!!!🥐) that make it hard to walk out with just one.
The location is super convenient too, which makes stopping by way too easy. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area for fresh, quality baked goods.
