Well Spicy chicken isn't spicy at all,I used to come to this Popeyes alot in the past but stopped due to the quality of food and they never have certain foods not sure why I decided to come again, thanks for the reminder for why I shouldnt.

I am writing to formally complain about my repeated negative experiences at your Popeyes location. Unfortunately, the service has consistently been unacceptable. On multiple occasions, my food has been served cold, even when ordered during peak hours. Additionally, items are frequently missing from my order, and special instructions are regularly ignored, despite being clearly stated during ordering.

I had a problem with my order and all the employees were rude and I quote a young woman responded with “not our problem” I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place specifically

Cold food. Overpriced. And the service was absolutely awful. They were rude, annoyed, and clearly didn’t want to help. I asked for sauces and they still gave me the wrong ones. When I asked again for the correct sauce, they turned their back on me and ignored me. I have no idea what’s going on with this place, but this is completely unacceptable. And to make it even worse, they couldn’t even get my order right.

horrible service from the manager the employees are hard working, this guy is so condescending and always looks irritated, gave me flat sodas and wants to be stingy with the sauces

We went to the walk-in to order and the lady servicing the counter didn’t ask us if we wanted any sauce or any condiments. There was no napkins or forks in the bag.
