Here for a bridal shower so there was a fixed menu. The food was amazing. Service is impeccable.. I would definitely come back to try other menu items. Oh and great, fresh bread too.

Very noisy and busy on a Saturday night. Good service but food was just ok. Too much garlic in a couple of the dishes. Portion slightly light. Won't go back.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I have I ever been treated with just disrespect at a restaurant. We had a reservation for 6 people at 8:30 pm on a Friday night. After waiting in a line for a host for 15 minutes behind several other parties with reservations (there was no one at the door), we were seated. The server came to take our drink order, at which point we asked for a drink menu. He replied they did not have a drink menu but they could make whatever cocktails we wanted. We asked about wine. He replied that we can tell him what kind of wine by the glass we wanted and he can tell us what they have. We asked about bottles of wine. He replied that they serve bottles ... okay, can we have the wine list? He brings back one wine list for the table and walks away. I said excuse me, can we have the dinner menu? There was a bit more conversation during that time with him but it was clear that he assumed we were not the type of people that would be ordering bottles of wine. We felt so uncomfortable and undervalued that we left at that point. We did not want to give him our money. I have traveled across the world and have never experienced something like that. We went to a nearby steakhouse and had a lovely dinner with great wine and left a generous tip. I get this is not the norm here. The food is wonderful, but the service always felt rushed when I went here. It is a busy place, but you need to appreciate your patrons.

I love this restaurant. The staff are amazing and the food is delicious. The only thing I can mention is that they can change the music. The first time I went there, they were playing the 80s hits, it was so much fun! The staff and the gusts were dancing and having a good time. I think this was a better choice for the music. But overall, a great place!?? highly recommended.

We have been here twice, first time just two of us on a slow weekday and it was a 4/5 at that time. We came again on Friday night with a group of 10, excited to show the restaurant to our family. We sat down, ordered drinks, bottle of wine and waters. 40 minutes went by and I realized we didn't have food menus. I asked the waiter for the menus and he said sure, as if it's normal that we didn't already have them. He took our orders eventually and 90 minutes into sitting down, we still had no food. I'm 7 months pregnant and was starving and upset. I found the general manager and told him about the situation. His only response was "it'll be out in 3 to 5 minutes". You would think a round of drinks or some dessert at the end would be a more proper response. Our food came out probably around 9:15pm (we sat at 7:30pm). My cioppino was very bland, the bolognese was the worst I've ever tried (just tasted like tomato sauce), the cheesecake was good. Our bottle of wine sat empty until 9pm, the waiter never checked on us to see if we needed any more. Meanwhile, waiters were being pulled every 15 minutes to sing happy birthday to people. I've worked in high end restaurants in the past and this service was unacceptable. The response by the manager was unacceptable. And the lack of remorse by the waiter was unacceptable. Unfortunately won't be coming back.

Sergio's is great! From the minute you walk in you're welcomed like you've been there a thousand times or they know you. Friendly, attentive servers but not overbearing. There is no rush unless you tell them you're in a hurry. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, it's a nice dinner out, good food, good drink and good service. Looking forward to our next visit to try some other items on the menu; we ordered a lot, everything was delicious and we got to take leftovers to enjoy the next day.
