Fantastic discovery at Chipotle today! For those who prefer their rice without cilantro, simply ask and they’ll accommodate. Moreover, their commitment to allergy-friendly service is commendable. They ensured I received fresh meat, carefully avoiding any cross-contact with onions and peppers. Highly appreciate their attention to detail and customer care!Dietary restrictions: Allergies to tomatoes, onions, and peppers are called a Nightshade Allergy. Reactions can include hives and skin rashes itchiness nausea vomiting excessive mucus production achy muscles and joints as well as anaphylaxis.

They never have veggies, and the servings sizes are very very inconsistent. There have been times where I’m getting half the meat I’m paying for.On top of this, I’ve never had fresh cooked food. I’ve never seen anyone grill anything ever. I come in at all different times but every single time the food isn’t fresh.AND THEY NEVER HAVE VEGGIES. Doesn’t matter how busy or slow, they don’t do it. Get it off the menu. The only thing keeping this mediocre chipotle in business is a gym across from it.Don’t ever get online orders, they skimp even harder on those.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve dined in and ordered online from this chipotle and have been dissatisfied each time. Even right at opening time, their food is not good. The main problem with this location is their meat. The chicken is hard, dry, and tastes old. Don’t even get me started on the steak here, and again even right when the store opens when the food should definitely be fresh. The food has been so inedible from this location i’ve had to contact chipotle support to get a refund multiple times. So disappointing because a few years ago this location was very good.

I ordered two meals to go on 10/24/23 at around 11:45am from the Port Jefferson Station, New York. The food stored in food bins appeared to have been from the day before. I should have walked out then. There was barely any food in trays and the worker had to scrape to add black beans to the white rice. There was barely any Carne Asada in the tray. She scraped some meat onto the rice and beans. I wanted to order Guacamole but it was more brown green then green. My meal had 7 strips ( 1 1/2 inches long) of Carne and two pieces were grit. My husbands Carne Asada meal (which I paid for extra meat) was full of grit. See pictures. The TV commercial fooled us. I will not be ordering food from Chipotle.
