Update: Is any management or corporate person going to do anything about this location? My review of course received no reply. I notice only the fake friend reviews that name drop get replies. Does anyone see the pattern in the reviews? Filthy location with inattentive, apathetic staff (for the most part).

The register went down when purchasing food. The own took over the situation apologized professionally and offered us a drink to compensate. Staff was friendly as well.
The atmosphere is really good, music is good and not too loud and yes the food is clean and fresh and they give good portions with a pleasant and efficient staff. The tables are also clean and there food prep area is clean.
