Sorry to say We ordered 6 sandwich from your location and two of our sandwiches had a roach in the wrapping of it. We won’t be coming back.

Excellent place. The staff and manager greeted my family and I with a smile. They also followed up with us while we were eating to be sure we were pleased with the food and service. I would highly recommend it. Two thumbs up and a 10 star rating.

I have never had Jersey Mike's and wanted to stop and try it. The experience my family and I had at its location in Port Jefferson Station was phenomenal. The young girl who took our order was so pleasant and the gentleman assembling the onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and oregano was so pleasant. The girl who rang us up did with a smile and all of them asked how are day has been going. We stayed and ate our food in Jersey Mike's. The manager greeted and asked how the service and the food was. Our response was a big smile and thank you for the great service and great food. Everyone here treated us like we were part of their family. I wish I could give it 10 stars. We will be visiting Port Jefferson Station from now on for Jersey Mike's. What a wonderful experience.

Took a trip to Jersey Mike's thinking we would have a normal experience, and Laura went above and beyond our expectations. She made this particular experience excellent with her incredibly nice personality and service. Would 100% recommend this location to others and we will definitely be coming back due to her knowledge and expertise.

I personally just didn’t like the customer services I went to ask the girl what was on the sandwich completely ignore what I said and then she looked at the other co-workers and they all just started dying laughing I was so confused didn’t feel welcoming here at all and felt completely off after they just started dying laughing. My husband was like next time just walk out of there.

Went in here and spend 25 dollars on two heros, chips and 2 drinks. My super sub Italian favorites the girl only put ham and provolone cheese, hello missing two other cold cuts there so I missed out on a complete hero and the toppings were fine. The girl was very unhappy and saying she was tired and not very friendly to serving me and my dad. I didn't even get a bag to carrying all the things out with one right arm bc I came out of dialysis so Im limited. This place is horrible with customer service and greeting. One person and then when more people were coming in then they all come out from the back. Smh horrible. Where is teamwork anymore and training ethical ways. Maybe this is why people rather stay home and save money bc they know what they are getting with their hard worked money.
Rocky point jersey mikes definitely got them best for sure! They are on their a game and greatly appreciated.

Great staff Clean excellent value

Giving 3 stars because overall It’s not a bad JM’s. However, when a customer walks in and the worker just stares and gives a dirty look and doesn’t say hello. Extremely rude and tall blonde woman with glasses. I sat there waiting for an order. Not once did she or the kid working with her acknowledge a customer sitting there.

I’ll say it again, the staff here is always super polite, the sandwich is bomb. Thank you.

The service was great .it was quick .and it was the best hero my husband and ever had. And we couldn't finish it all since we had it the next day .
