Jersey Mike's Subs

So today I went to this Jersey Mikes in Pt Jef to get sandwiches for our flight back to Florida. I had accumulated shore points and decided to use some today except that when check out time came they’re system wasn’t able to use the points because apparently I had a security code ( that I never knew I had) and without me entering the code it wasn’t happening. So after a few attempts Laura the owner/mgr told me they would be on the house ! I offered to pay but she insisted on comping me. I left my phone number so if they figured out the problem I would come back and they could take my points. A little later Danny called me and told me how to fix it on the app and it worked. It removed whatever code there was. I just want to thank
Laura and Danny for going above and beyond to make me happy and I also want to thank Tori and Sam for making 2 great sandwiches!! Turned out to be a great experience !

There was a situation that we couldn’t got a sandwich, but the guy that worked there gave us some cookies and chips for free! they are very nice, and I bet the food tasted good !

not sure if this is on them but my family all got a listeria illness after we ate here ... the people that did not eat did not get any illness .. be careful here .. not sure if its because they don't clean the slicers properly or w/e. maybe its not their fault and its the delivery service. but be careful eating deli meats!

Anthony, he said he was the general manager, was picking up the floor mats and then made sandwiches with the same gloves, he never changed his gloves. Disgusting ?, had to walk out.

All the workers in there look miserable and unfriendly whenever I choose to go there ,
this has happened more than once .. Listen guys you chose that life and that profession. Nuff said

Took my 91 year old mother here for lunch April 11, 2024. The sandwiches were great but the kind hearts and kind words of the staff were the highlight of our of our visit, they made my Mom’s day and put a smile on her face. Thank you!

Great heros everytime! Jersey Mike's is our Friday night sun takeout spot for sure! It's great any day and time of the week, lunch especially ?.
