The bagels are meh. They don’t know how to cut cold cuts and when I complained about the shredded 1/2 lb of ham, was told that’s how they serve it….she was serious. Since hubby was supposed to go to a shop in Mt. Sinai and chose to go to Old Town, he still had to eat the shredded ham!
