(4/25/2024) I bought my friend a gift card here today for $25. After I bought it I realized the PIN was already scratched off. Went back in and the cashier said the money’s on there and everything should be fine. My mom thought it seemed fishy though and so she called and spoke to the manager, Vinny. Vinny said he can’t do anything about it. Can’t give us a new gift card, use the current one to buy a new one, or anything. Vinny said if anything does happen—if someone unknown does use it—he’ll “take care of it”I’ll update here if anything else does occur in this situation, and if Vinny or another manager helps us or not.THIS IS A WARNING TO CHECK THE BACK OF THE GIFT CARD BEFORE BUYING IT! MAKE SURE THE PIN NUMBER IS NOT SCRATCHED OFF!

Another good meal at Panera!Great selection to begin with, and now they've added a few new items. I thought the Mediterranean Salad was very good and appears to be healthy. The cashier was extremely helpful in describing their new dishes!

Making a note not to come to Panera anymore. Getting more expensive and you are getting less. Panera is clearly shrinking proportions to increase profit.

Where else can you go to just sit have a conversation without a employee or waitress giving you the eye to leave...anything that is a fancy meal skip..15 bucks for a canned broccoli and 25 cent roll they carve out to stick it in..not worth it..I can buy a steak..but it is worth splurging on there sugary foods that will make you crave for more and empty your wallet at almost 8 bucks for a homemade cookie n cup of joe..but the peace that comes with just relaxing in a pleasant atmosphere after battling rush hour traffic . priceless ?☕?
I ordered the Tuna fish and Tomato soup combo.and when I got home I only had the soup and two pieces of bread and no sandwich. But they charged me for it. I tried calling numerous times but no one picked up the phone.
