Acai Bowl

Acai Bowl
Acai is an antioxidant-packed superfruit native to the Amazon rainforest. Here at SoBol, we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries and bananas to make a thick fruit puree. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. (Contains cashews and almonds) The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey.

Pitaya Bowl
Pitaya is a superfruit native to tropical climates. Pitaya or dragon fruit is filled with several antioxidants that help boost immunity. Our original pitaya bowl contains our delicious homemade granola, our pitaya puree and an assortment of mango, kiwi, pineapple and coconut with a drizzle of honey on top.
Green Bowl
Our original green bowl contains our delicious homemade granola, our spinach and kale puree with an assortment of mango, strawberry, blueberry and coconut with a drizzle of honey on top.
Spirulina Bowl
We blend frozen pineapple, spirulina, and bananas to make a thick fruit smoothie. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola (contains nuts). BEST SOBOL ON LONG ISLAND. I have gotten SoBol from multiple locations throughout the island but this location makes it the best out of them all. Any time I have it elsewhere I am disappointed. One time I ordered from this SoBol 4x in one week. They’re that good!

I had the at most pleasure to meet Jenny, she welcomed me with such a warming greeting, very genuine and watching her make a bowl for someone else with a smile. As a manager in food service, I was blown away by her kind spirit and heart. Even told me about the classic bowl with a 2$ refresher, and it made my day! I walked away hoping to see her again and will only be coming to PJ Sol Bowl.
