Sunday night, tried to have it delivered, they charged my card, never delivered it, and wouldn’t answer their phone! Done with Port Jeff!!

I ordered food on the app to be delivered which is through DoorDash and I never received it. I tried to call the store and their phone number was disconnected. I went to the store the next day with a friend of mine because I don’t drive anymore because of my illness and poor eyesight and relayed what happened to the store manager and was told I have NO PROOF!! I had order number and the order on my phone and that’s not any proof?? Also. Who runs a business without a working phone number?? apparently I am out $20.00 because had to pay door dash and TIP the driver that never appeared. I will be contacting Taco Bell headquarters in CA and will see what they think of this situation.Linda Warner

I get Taco Bell all the time. I stopped at this location for breakfast because I was in the area and had time to kill. The food was good, but I had hash browns that were just dripping with oil. Can speak on the service as there is barely any with the kiosks and no staff to greet you, and when they called my order, they were not very interested in conversation. The atmosphere was boring, and the place wasn't as clean as it could be for the morning shift. Maybe I am just expecting too much from a Taco Bell. However, I have been to nice locations.

Gotta love the bell, ask and get charged for EXTRA CHEESE and you get almost NONE. Cinnamon Twist, well that's on the bill but not in the bag.. Yeah let's keep paying resturants and people more money and getting less service and product or nothing for it.
