⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Venue for Professional Events and Networking! I recently attended an amazing Suffolk County Women’s Business Enterprise Coalition (SCWBEC) networking luncheon here, and The Meadow Club completely exceeded expectations.
The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a professional presentation. We had the pleasure of listening to Marcos Maldonado speak, and the room's acoustics and setup made it a fantastic experience for everyone in attendance.
The service was top-notch—the staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and kept everything running seamlessly. To top it off, the lunch was delicious and beautifully presented. If you are looking for a great place on Long Island to host a corporate event, networking lunch, or special gathering, I highly recommend The Meadow Club!

Having been guests at to two other events here, my daughter had her heart set on having her Bat Mitzvah at the Meadow Club. From start to finish, Zoli and the entire staff were nothing but accommodating, friendly, professional and attentive. It was the party of lifetime and we have been getting calls all day from family and friends thanking us and telling us what a great time they had, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. It was the first time I hosted a big event that I was able to relax, dance and just have fun knowing everything was in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Having been guests at to two other events here, my daughter had her heart set on having her Bat Mitzvah at the Meadow Club. From start to finish, Zoli and the entire staff were nothing but accommodating, friendly, professional and attentive. It was the party of lifetime and we have been getting calls all day from family and friends thanking us and telling us what a great time they had, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. It was the first time I hosted a big event that I was able to relax, dance and just have fun knowing everything was in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend!! PS- I used the house vendors. The Meadow Club is quite literally the best hidden gem for a wedding. When I first stepped in, I was immediately amazed and stunned on how bright, beautiful, and clean everything was. From that I knew that they were different from the other venues. After sitting down with Kiran, and going over all the details, I knew that I wanted my wedding here! Kiran deserved all the kudos as she made my wedding process here seamless and stress free. She was always available to answer any questions and provide suggestions. Our wedding was in September 2025.
The food at the Meadow Club is truly unmatched. All of the cocktail and dinner options offered are amazing. How can you go wrong with the sushi and shrimp bar!? Amazing! My guests raved about how well everything was prepared, and all of the servers were fantastic!
Huge thanks to my bridal attendant, Angela!! She is the best, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. She was always there when I needed her, and she made her presence known. I needed a tissue right before my father/daughter dance, and guess who was there and ready? Angela! Blaze, our Maître ď was great, and made sure the groom and I were taken care of!
Overall, the Meadow Club family is all great, they allowed for lifetime memories to be made without any faults. Again, this venue is truly a hidden gem!

Zoli, Amanda and the entire staff were so welcoming and amazing from the beginning of planning my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah to the very end of the party! The staff was warm and attentive and every detail was spot on! I highly recommend booking a party at this fabulous venue!!

Where do I start, this place couldn't do anything better from the start of planning to the party itself blew my expectations away. Amanda took charge this girl would answer questions by email on a Sunday within an hour of me sending. She was absolutely amazing. The staff 100 percent top notch we had a young maitre d' named Blaze i would think he was doing this for a long time. He was on top of his game and took care of anything we needed right away. The food and all the server's were amazing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but the Meadow Club!!!!!!!!!!
