Always a great experience, but especially when Zara is working. She is friendly, happy and knows what to recommend to me. Always greets me by name. The food is good and I highly recommend this location. Thanks Zara! I will be back.

What a beautiful experience I had at tropical smoothie full of life and hospitality. Zara took my order so beautifully and with passion. She not only knew what was inside every meal but she also recommended me really good options. And Kausar was the one who made my order; she was professional and I loved the way she made my smoothie and food. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience must come again!!

This location is awesome!! The manager Faiz is great, very nice. Kausar has been taking making my order for months now and always does it perfect. The rest of the staff is equally as kind and professional. Definitely a well ran location!

I only get smoothies from here but the employees look like they hate their job/life so if you’re looking for a pleasant experience with the cashier it’s most likely not going to happen.

Always an issue. My order was given away to some lady. I guess realized she didn’t have her order and came back to return it however the bag was opened and crumpled. I don’t know what she did to my food the time she left. The manager then gave me the opened bag. They should have remade it. I left the store and threw it in the trash. $14.00 wasted. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible! Your not acknowledge while waiting at the counter, have three girls in the back just talking to each other and yet my order hasn’t been taken. I know myself and two other customers just left. Absolutely horrible service.

This location is awesome! It is always clean and well kept. The manager Faiz is a very cool guy, the staff is incredible as well. Kausar and Angel always do an incredible job with my food and smoothies. Would definitely recommend this location.

Tropical smoothie for Jefferson has changed so much better than before I used to come a year ago to the store was so bad and horrible employees and now I have come after a year and has seen the changes so clean so presentable. The general manager has was a great man the way he handled my order Was so great I will definitely come again to the store
