I don’t write reviews often, but I had to after my recent experience at this Wendy’s - Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Manager and staff were very understanding of a mistake I made when placing my order on the mobile app, and they made everything right in the end and saved my night.

August 22, 2023. Around 12pm. Bad customer service. Staff do not talk to clients kindly. They seem cold to us and to others. Then something happens that is awkward, a male staff decided to changed the menu sign on top of the food counter where the juice and paper bags for the food were. So what’s so disgusting about this? He stood on the top of the food counter twice with his black sneakers shoes on! WITH HIS SHOES ON … on top of the counter where our food was made. Again, with his shoes on! We were staring at him and the rest of the crew… and it seems to be that is normal to this WENDY’s.While we are in there, unsatisfied customers complained how bad the customer service was and the food was considered the worst food in the area. An old couple even said, the diner food is better that this burger. He opened his burger and stare at it. Ouch!We are not the only unhappy customer. Department of Health must be informed. It’s just unhygienic.
