For a burger place I got the burger was just okay. Ask for medium and it came out well done.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite after a long day of house hunting and I have to say the wait was long, the food was cold and not even worth it

Was looking forward to this place, I have heard good things about it. I got the Jalapeno burger, it had no heat, and really no flavor. My son built his own burger, same issue, no flavor, and his onion stings were cold. My wife and other kid enjoyed there burger, maybe the cook was off that night. We also got the beer cheese pretzels and mozzarella sticks as an appitizer, those were very good. I'm thinking one and done for me for this place, who knows maybe ill try it again. The service was pretty good, and the atmosphere was also nice.

Food was good. Food could be great if service was a little faster. The Brie cheese and bacon were cold on the burger. Overall, would go back. Lots of burgers to try.

giving three stars because of the customer service, but the food is downright awful. i came here one time before this and ordered the peter luger and blue cheese burger, and the blue cheese tasted like straight up vodka, i guess they cooked it with vodka to melt the cheese more.... idk. i figured id give it another chance and order something else... i ordered the lobster mac, it had no taste at all. i couldn't even tell what i was eating because there was no taste. after pouring lots of salt and pepper, it just tasted like salt and pepper. very disappointing. to make it worse, my sister received her burger raw. immediately they jumped into action and fixed the problem i commend the staff greatly for that, personally still wouldn't go back due to the food just not being up to my standards.... hoping they'll do a menu revamp, drinks and atmosphere are great here... would be better with better food.

Waited for almost an hr for our burgers. Then the order was wrong. Took even longer to get the right order. Waitress never checked in w us. Never offered compensation. Then we asked for a dessert menu, figured we would get dessert to make up for the extremely average meal. She brought it to us and then when she came back to us and we tried to order she said the kitchen was closed and we couldn't get any. This was at 8:05pm. Will never go back.

The food was a 5/5. The service was a 1/5. The comfort of the stools we sat on was a 0/5. The waitress demonstrated very little training. The young lady was unable to answer any question we asked. Rather than say, "Let me find out for you", she would shrug her shoulders and reply, "I don't know". There were several people complaining how cold it was in the room (it was truly uncomfortably cold) and instead of offering to turn the heat up, she pointed to the door that was within 10' of the tables and replied, "Yeah. That's because the door is right there." The man at the table next to us ordered the same thing that his son ordered and his son's burger was twice the size of his. The man kindly told the waitress and she replied in a sweet voice, "I don't know what to tell you. They're made in the back" and she walked away. We all looked at each other in amazement because the customer's burger was very small. A person at our table requested specific items to be ON the burger, not on the side and the items were NOT on the burger. Another person at our table asked for coffee and the small cup was delivered to the table ¾ empty but we were charged for a full cup of coffee. It was a bizarre dining experience. It gave us a few laughs with the other customers. We'll be ordering take-out from now on. Again, the food was good for a burger place.

Busy place! But the beers and burgers beat any place in the harbor! The Southwest burger is a nice change but that pretzel bun is amazing.

Great place to try a burger with a twist. They offer a variety of different cheeses, a nice change from the classic burger I occasionally consume.

Old fashionedOrdered the Bacon Old Fashioned.Knob Creek is the house Bourbon for thisThe brown sugar 'simple syrup' is a very prominent, forward, taste in this drink. Next time I would ask for different simple syrup, if they had it. It was just a tad bit too sweet for my liking. If you like" sweet, sweet", this is for you!Liked the oversized square ice cube..Does the job of keeping the Old Fashioned very, very cold..$14 is a good price for an Old Fashioned, these days. The burgerI didn't bother to count the amount of burgers on the menu( pictured), but there are a lot...I got the plainest one possible, as usual..The first one came out raw, and they cheeringlying, and apologieticly, brought me another one. They couldnt be nicer about it!!!.. I dont mind a tad under medium rare, but raw doesn't cut it for me ..It was good..You could tell they make it, in house.. It was a nice meat blendI got the pretzel roll as a choice of that, brioche, and sesame...meh..I'm starting to really dislike rolls..It added nothing to the burger. Maybe if they toasted it?Brie cheese is a new one for me..It was okay, and I liked it..I order the Garlic fries, as fries do not come with the burger...$6.50 for a very large order of fries. In the end, it was a good burger..$15Not in the Top Tier, by any stretch of the imagination, but a completely respectful burger.. Maybe top 25The 1st server, who took my order, and took the burger back to the kitchen, could not have been nicer! The second server, bartender, Natalie was very engaging, prompt, polite, professional, and humorous.Parking can get hinky in the Port...Sometimes it easy, other times, you wonder why you went there?..I was there at noon, on a Sunday, so it was easy
