I came here for years on my way to work and it was always great. I was down Port so I stopped in , I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and received a warm iced coffee!! When I asked her for more ice she said they didn’t have much ice left and put a few cubes in!! I let it go as she obviously did not know how to make a macchiato. The Lemon bar was stale and just thrown in a paper bag! They were rude and acted like it was an annoyance to wait on me as I interrupted
their conversation .
Reading the other reviews it has definitely gone down hill, such a shame.

tried the food tarts with pastry cream, what a disappointment: cream and crust are definitely made from premix, texture and taste is way off. Wondering if they make it or receive it.

Pastries are stale, nothing is labeled and they’re overpriced. Workers don’t know what they’re doing and get annoyed with big orders. I spent $70 on a small box. I went to Tildas the next day and spent $20 on a big box of better pastries and bread.

I recently went to my favorite bakery. Let me start by saying the experience I got was not what I usually get. I ordered a pound of cookies and asked how many I would get.the girl proceeded to put the cookies directly on the scale no paper, no box . I have never seen that done because that would expose my order to contamination etc.. I question this practice and was told that’s how we do it here. I have never seen this. When I first placed the order I asked for 2 types of cookies that had to be included. I got home those cookies were not included. I called the bakery and asked for the manager. She would not give me her name and was very unprofessional. She finally led me to believe that they would rectify the situation. I drove all the way back and they wanted to charge me for more cookies!!! Seriously, again this manager was rude. I’m already second guessing the cookies I bought because I’m not sure what they were exposed to on some scale by the register.

OMG, Italian delicacies galore. Tough to pick a dessert. All looks delicious. Pastries we had lived up to expection

The best apple crumb pie I have ever had!
And the best rainbow cookies- made with almond paste- outstanding!

WORST CANNOLI I’VE EVER HAD. the worker had a very much horrible attitude and the cannoli’s are overpriced and AWFUL. how dare some place sell a cannoli and make it so terrible. Both had to get tossed they tasted not only gross but also stale/no good. Tbh don’t go here for anything other then their prized “wedding cakes.”

Terrible customer service provided on January 4th, 2025. I suggest the owner consider new employees , particularly the two little girls at the counter. Do not recommend. Cake was good, service TRASH.

I came here first time ever to order a gender reveal cake. They told me they had a picture of the cake I wanted a heart vintage cake that I emailed to them. Apparently there was a miscommunication with the baker and the wrong cake was made. This ruined my whole heart theme of my gender reveal and will never come back I am very very upset. I attached a picture of the cake I wanted and the round cake I received. If you’re looking for a cake or specifically a gender reveal cake DO NOT come here. Simple ask that could not be done and then they refused to refund me for a cake I did not ask for. Not to mention the cake was NOT cheap. I have also attached reviews from moms on Long Island moms page on fb that have had similar issues !!!

Purchased a Santa cake. I was very disappointed. I’ve had cakes from here before and have always been happy with them however this was awful- the cake itself was tasteless and the icing and filling tasted old. The girl smooshed Santa’s hat into the box while remarking to her coworkers that they need to get bigger boxes. I will not be going back any time soon

Was denied a purchase ahead of time, via email. Showed up shortly after opening only to be told they didn't have anything I was looking for. The little girls behind the counter were very rude and dismissive.

I ordered a Lambeth cake for my daughter’s birthday. Although I was disappointed that the cake did not match the color in the inspo photo, The piping was stunning and beautifully done. Maybe if I had gotten a chocolate cake over vanilla the buttercream wouldn’t have overpowered the flavor.

They did a fantastic job with our wedding cake!! It looked and tasted exactly how we wanted it.
