Service was awful. Phoney waitress. Table of 3 got our food 20 mins apart from one another. Incompetent kitchen and waitress full of excuses. Waited almost 30 minutes for my burger after my wife and kid ate. The hamburger was a sysco frozen burger. A bunch of mushy slop on top. The salad dressing was terrible and the salad wilted.food was fast food quality. A burger backup was there excuse. While another table had burgers and ordered after us. Review is well deserved. The waitress said they had an amazing pink lemonade, it was a powdered mix. Yuck. The band was great maybe the best thing for this business would be to stop serving food get rid of the wait staff and serve beer and bags of pretzels to eat while watching the band.

Parking: Parking is right behind restaurant, not expensive and very safe for people and cars.

What a fantastic experience we had at Port Bistro and Pub! Service was excellent, the Mac and cheese bites were absolutely fantastic, and the live music was very impressive and entertaining! We had the pleasure of meeting Justin who served us great drinks and extended warm hospitality from the start. Thank you for an all around great evening!

My mom and I came here for dinner a few nights ago. We came across this place while walking through town ... it was awesome! She had a burger with short ribs on top and it was delicious and full of flavor. I had the fish sandwhich and it was a great size and very tasty. It's very nice inside and they even have live music! Try the spiked butter beer it's a must! Will be back again soon

I have been coming to this place for years. Every time I walk in I feel like family. This is a small family owned restaurant that has not jacked the prices up at all like every other place. I bring my family here on the regular. They are huge contributors to the community and the service is impeccable. Strongly recommend going down there and enjoying some positive vibes

Absolutely terrible experience. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The food was gross, the tables were sticky. Someone in my party had the nachos and the avocado was completely black. They gave us the wrong check. It was extremely chaotic!! They could not keep up. I will not be returning and will advise others to not dine here as well.

Horrible place the food was terrible the service was terrible ! The tables are sticky ! They could not keep up with the orders. The drinks were terrible ! They even ran out of French fries! I would not recommend this place at all to anyone! Very mismanaged the employees were yelling at each other it was complete chaos!!! I will never be returning !!! Who was in charge??? Never again!! A lot of better options in Port Jeff go else where!
Hate to leave a bad review but may be the worst espresso martini we’ve ever ordered. I’m sure this is said all the time but unsure there was any vodka in it. Bartender Justin was super friendly, we’ve been here before and had great drinks but this experience was not it. Here right off the ferry on a Sunday so maybe not the best time to visit but was hoping for a better drink.

Lets start off with soda and water smelling and tasting like pure chlorine. Tasted horrible. They had music which is nice but way way too loud for such a small place. Service was terrible. One waitress. Food was decent nothing spectacular. I would never come back. Tommys is the place the go. We figured we would try a new place and never again. The soda also had no syrup so it tasted absolutely disgusting. One waitress for the whole place.

Came for the dueling pianos show- fantastic entertainment, really enjoyed it! Had the short rib sliders- highly recommended! Service was a little sparse, but there were a lot of tables and a live show, so I understand things get a little hectic. Will definitely return for the next dueling piano show!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Let’s start with the sticky table and little gnats flying around the table… we probably should have left then - but decided to give it a shot. Ordered an appetizer uneventfully then ordered food. After about an hour of listening to the most grating “live music” (I actually put in earplugs that I had in my purse), still no food, the waitress finally came over to say it would be out in a few minutes - there was only one chef. We waited an additional 15 minutes and still no food. We decided to leave and the waitress saw us get up and said “we are working on it”. We said “I’m sorry we just can’t wait any longer”. She copped an attitude and said “well - you did get an appetizer”… ARE YOU SERIOUS?? We left… and will absolutely NEVER go back.
