The service was great! The place was soooo clean. I tried 2 samples of flavors to make sure I liked the one I was buying! We will be back!
My daughter didn’t like the icee, so I asked if we could exchange it for a different one. They said “she already took a bite so you have to pay for another one” this is the first time I ever been in this store and the last. As a business you should know that a less than 1% loss can yield major gains. Oh well you fumbled

Bad customer service. This sweet girl was unsure if she’d like it we were not offered a sample although we asked several times about the taste and if it was sour or not? None of the young ladies informed us that samples were available money wasted.

To pay $10.00 for a pint and they only fill it up half way i think is disappointing. She was annoyed i asked for a to go bag and a spoon. Half full for a pint. Absolutely not. It is the closest one to my house but i will now be going to centereach because they at least fill it up.

Place needs better or any type of management. Girls are too young in there to be handling money or orders. I order a small ice and small shake. $13.05. I give the girl a $20 bill and say oh I think I have they .05$, hand her a dime and she’s says well this is .10$. I said ya so now you can give me $7.05 back instead of $6.95 . She gives me .05 total back, says okay have a good day . Okay whatever I just leave bc it’s busy not going to make a thing of it. Take a sip of my “shake” had to just be milk and strawberry’s not a single drop of ice cream. $20 taught me not to use this place ever again.

I went on a weekday morning and ordered cherry dip vanilla soft serve… the girl dipped it so bad and I was shocked when she handed to me. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but there are better ice cream options in port Jeff.

Went on Friday Night to get Ice after dinner. The girls behind the counter could not care less no smiles no hello and when I asked for covers I was met with an eye roll. Also if you need a cover they use flat covers rather then round ones like other Ralph locations do. After the poor service I will no be returning and will visit other Locations. Safe your self a headache avoid at all costs and choose the ice cream place next door instead if your looking for a cool treat in Port Jeff
