This is second Starbucks, where I ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew where they didn’t add the toasted cookie crumble on top. I know it’s a small thing, but these drinks are expensive. Not to mention, I’ve never been in a clean Starbucks. They’re always dirty! What the heck! And more importantly, why do I still keep going back? Oh, I had gift cards that’s why.

I recently visited the Starbucks in Port Jeff Station, New York, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience. As a fan of Starbucks, I had high expectations, and I was not disappointed.

Stopped in for a Holiday coffee and biscotti with my wife. The coffee was excellent in a Starbucks environment. We found the associates efficient but I think the mood would be sullen. Not a welcoming atmosphere.
